This laid back marina with 4 Condos/Villas and 4 rooms with 2 double beds is located near the Isla Mujeres airport strip on the bay side of the island.  It is a 15 minute walk south of the ferry and downtown for shopping and restaurants.  Aqua Adventures' dive operations and learning center are on premises. 

The marina has a pool, a sun deck, open pit for grilling and a palapa above the main marina dock which overlooks the Isla Mujeres harbor.  The club house provides laundry services and free wireless internet access.

Standard room: 2 full size beds and a spacious bathroom and deck. 

Condo 1 bedroom: 1 full size bed and a full kitchen and living room, and balcony overlooking marina. 

Condo 2 Bedrooms: Combine the standard room below the condo and make a 2 bedrooms condo with 3 full size beds.
