Book your diving package with Aqua Adventures!

Current Dive and Hotel packages are offered with Villas Marina Paraiso, Hotel Playa Media Luna, Cabañas Maria del Mar, RocaMar, and Posada Del Mar. For more information click on Booking Dive Packages, Cancellations, Late Arrivals and Refunds, Hotels with Extra Charges, and DAN Trip Insurance.

ABOUT DIVE PACKAGES:

Dive packages are for accommodations of 3, 5. 6 or 7 nights and include 4, 6, 8 or 10 tanks for diving. Each dive tank listed in packages is considered one dive and can be used toward any of our 2 tanks dive tours. Dive package included tanks, weights, and any applicable Marine Park entrance fee. Extra tanks can be purchased at $62.00 per two tank dive. Extra days may be added to package at hotel rate. Special packages may also be requested. All packages are subject to availability.

Aqua Adventures' dive operations and learning center is located on the premises with Villas Marina Paraiso. You may store your equipment at the marina with us so that you do not have to transport it to and from your accommodations. Scuba Equipment Rental is $18.00 usd per person for packages. Departure time for morning adventure dives is at 8:30am and afternoon reef dives is at 1:30pm. You will need to be at Marina Paraiso 1/2 hour prior to your departure time. Packages for the Advanced Open Water Certification course include equipment rental if needed, the 5 required dives, digital image for your PADI Certification and temporary card. All certifications are processed online thru PADI website. Course times are scheduled with the instructor. Advanced Open Water manual is purchased separately for $40.00 usd or may be purchased at your local dive shop. All divers must present a valid diving certification.

BOOKING DIVE PACKAGES:

To book your dive package please contact us at diveisla@yahoo.com. Please provide info for the dive package you are seeking as well as arrival date and return date for your accommodations. Once we verify availability, we will send you an email requesting a deposit. Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your dive package by email with the confirmation number. A 50% deposit may be made via PayPal or by US dollar wire transfer to our bank within 24 hours of request for deposit. Reservations are released after 24 hours without payment of the deposit. The 50% balance due for a reservation is due 10 days prior to arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if balance is not paid by due date. PayPal transactions are subject to a 5% fee. All PayPal international transfer and exchange rate fees are absorb by Aqua Adventures. Arrangements for wire transfers must be made with a written request.

DIVE PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVAL, REFUND POLICY:

REFUNDS are provided when cancellation of the dive package is provided in writing 60 days prior to reserved arrival date for high season and 30 days prior to reserved arrival date for mid and low season reservations. A 10% cancellation fee is charged for all cancellations. There are NO REFUNDS for diving or accommodations for late cancellations.

"No shows" on reserved arrival date arrival. Hotel Guests can expect hotels to hold your room and reservation until the following day after reserved arrival date at 12:00pm. After 12:00pm, the room will be released and NO REFUND or Credit will given for hotel accommodations. To prohibit the loss of reservation/accommodations due to late arrival, call Aqua Adventures at +52 998 877 1615 to schedule your late arrival time for hotel by 3:00 p.m. on date of arrival. All reserved diving will try to be accommodated for late arrivals within the dates of reserved dive package.

There is NO REFUND or CREDIT for dives cancelled by customer for any reason other than in the above mentioned dive package cancellation policy. Dives cancelled by Aqua Adventures due to bad weather and which cannot be rescheduled due to bad weather will receive a $10.00 usd store credit per tank. This credit does not apply to dives not accommodated due to late arrival, nor which are postponed until the end of a dive package if we are diving in prior days and you chose not to dive. Please take advantage of good days for diving! Weather forecasts are watched carefully by us so we can advise you on diving.

HOTEL EXTRA CHARGES POLICY:

Hotels Playa Media Luna and Cabanas Maria Del Mar require guests to leave a Visa or MasterCard credit card voucher open and signed to guarantee payment of additional services charged to room, and/or damage in the room or common areas of the hotel. Without this voucher the guest will not be able to register upon arrival. All credit card transactions at hotels are subject to daily exchange rate and 10% credit card fee.

TRIP INSURANCE:

For your convenience, DAN (Divers Alert Network) now sells trip insurance so that you can now cover your vacation investment as well as buy divers accident insurance plans.
