Discover Scuba Diving Courses start everyday at 11:30 am. You then go diving at 1:30 pm.
Upon completion of the Discover Course you may apply your $79.00 fee and first open water dive toward your PADI Open Water Certification Course with us!

The Resort Course or Discover Scuba Diving Program is for new, or novice, scuba divers of a minimum of 10 years of age and who are in good health. It offers a safe, and exciting introduction to recreational diving under the direct supervision of a PADI certified instructor. The program is provided in 3 phases. The first is a diving class, the second is a practice session in a pool or shallow ocean water, and the third is an open water dive from a boat. Upon completion of the Discover Course you may apply your $79.00 fee and first open water dive toward your PADI Open Water Certification Course with us! Aqua Adventures offers PADI courses for all levels of divers. Our facility offers a relaxed and fun environment, with small group or semi-private classes at our learning center located at Marina Paraiso. Course prices include equipment rental, and a free photo for on-line certification processing. All our courses are taught by our bilingual, or multi-lingual, PADI Certified Instructors. For an added safety, student divers dive separately from certified divers and under the supervision of their instructor. All courses include a temporary card which is valid for 90 days. When planning a course you should allow for a minimum of 18 hours between your last dive and your flying. For a list of courses and prices, click here.
OPEN
WATER CERTIFICATION: This course
includes 5 confined modules and 4 open water dives, class instruction,
testing materials, and a temporary card. Dives are limited to the 60 feet as per this
certification. This certification is valid for a lifetime, it
allows you to dive internationally and rent scuba tanks. Each
diver is trained in the buddy system and PADI standard safe diver practices.
OPEN WATER CERTIFICATION REFERRAL(S): This course can be tailored to meet the individual's needs to complete the course requirements for certification. Price listed below is for 1 skin dive and 4 open water dives, and certification. Additional charge for other course requirements not completed. PADI's eLearning Open Water referral is given to students who have completed Open Water diving theory self study and online test. Price listed below for eLearning student referral includes dive theory review, pool/confined water training sessions, 1 skin dive and 4 open water dives.
ADVENTURE DIVER: This course includes 3 elected specialty dives under the direct supervision of our PADI instructor and diving instruction. These dives may be applied toward an upgrade to the Advanced Open Water certification, however the advanced navigation and deep dive specialties must be completed to obtain the advanced certification.
ADVANCED OPEN WATER CERTIFICATION: This course includes 5 specialty dives under the direct supervision of an instructor, and diving instruction. Required dives include advanced navigation and deep water diving. The 3 other adventure dives are electives and can include such specialties as Peak Performance Buoyancy, Drift Diver, Boat diver, AWARE fish ID, Underwater Naturalist or Night diver. Certification is accept internationally and is valid for diving up to 100 feet.
